The Guinness Six Nations is seen by many as the best and toughest annual competition in the world, meaning that players need to be in peak physical condition to compete.
These players have proven that, despite their advancing years, they can still cut it with the very best.
Here are the six old oldest try-scorers in Six Nations history.
5.Christophe Dominici
The winger won the last of his 65 caps for France in the defeat to Argentina in the World Cup bronze-medal match in October 2007. His final Six Nations try had come earlier that year to help Les Bleus to a 32-21 win against Wales at Stade de France.
4. Allan Bateman
He became known as "The Clamp" in his rugby league days because of the ferocity of his tackling. The Wales and Lions centre scored his final Six Nations try, aged 34 years and 350 days, in a 47-16 win against Italy at the Millennium Stadium.
3. Paul O'Connell
The Ireland legend's final Six Nations try against Scotland in 2015, aged 35 years 152 days, helped his side to a dominant 40-10 victory at Murrayfield.
2. Nick Easter
Aged 36 years and 183 days, the number eight became the oldest ever try-scorer in the tournament when dotted down against Italy at Twickenham in 2015.
1. Rory Best
Previously second, Best moved to number one following his try against France during the 2019 Guinness Six Nations, aged 36 years and 207 days.
