Italy legend Sergio Parisse has been talking about his future after he was denied his international swansong during the 2020 Six Nations.
The 36-year-old's future is up in the air after being denied a final international appearance due to postponements; first at the Rugby World Cup due to Typhoon Hagibis before the Six Nations was postponed due to the Coronavirus..
18 years in the world of rugby and counting, the huge question was will Parisse continue to play after the end of the current season? Or will he stop?
The former Azzurri captain, who won 142 caps, has revealed to Midi Olympique what he expects to do next.
According to RUCK sources, London Irish are keen to recruit the dominant number eight as a marquee signing ahead of their move to Brentford Community Stadium over the summer.
"Whether it's four or sixteen months from now, I'd like to stay in the rugby world," revealed Parisse.

He added: "I don't close any doors, but I'd like to stay in the environment and pass on and give back what this sport has given me.
"On my international future, there has been no talk. There are a lot more important issues at play right now."
