"Not appropriate" - Stuart Hogg’s future at TNT Sports in doubt following latest incident

TNT Sports has opted not to provide a response to inquiries from The Sun regarding the status of rugby star Stuart Hogg after recent events, it has emerged.

The 31-year-old, who made waves with his decision to retire from rugby prior to the Rugby World Cup, secured a role as a rugby pundit with the network ahead of the 2023/24 season.

A spokesperson for the television company remarked, "It would not be appropriate for us to offer comment at this juncture."

Reports circulated widely regarding the arrest of the former Scotland rugby captain at the residence of his estranged wife, allegedly for incidents of threatening or abusive behaviour.

A representative from Police Scotland stated that a detailed report outlining any alleged offenses will be submitted to the procurator fiscal.

Additionally, Hogg is a co-owner of the FF West End restaurant and cocktail bar in Glasgow alongside fellow ex-Scotland rugby international Alastair Kellock.
