"Davidson returns" - Leinster vs Bordeaux-Begles Champions Cup final referee confirmed 

Experienced English official Karl Dickson will take charge of the Investec Champions Cup Final at San Mamés Stadium, with an international team of officials supporting him.

Dickson’s appointment as the Champions Cup final referee comes after another strong season on the international circuit, with the former England scrum-half now regarded as one of the leading referees in the professional game.

The final sees four-time European champions Leinster chasing another title, while Bordeaux-Bègles are aiming to secure the biggest trophy in club rugby for the very first time.

Hollie Davidson also returns after her time off to be assistant referee alongside the very capable English whistleblower Christophe Ridley.

The Challenge Cup Final officiating team has also been announced ahead of Montpellier Hérault Rugby taking on Ulster Rugby.
