If you haven’t already noticed it dominating your Instagram feed, the 10-Year Challenge is the latest social media craze sweeping the internet.
The new viral trend is seeing people share pictures of themselves from 2009 alongside one from 2019, often with extraordinary results.
So far, a bevy of rugby players have taken part and, while some have used it as an opportunity to show just how little they’ve aged or how much better your life can get, others have taken the challenge with a pinch of salt instead delivering comical side-by-side snapshots.
