England fans are having to fork out big money to see the Red Rose face Ireland
Ticket prices reached £6,000 on the secondary market to watch the grand finale
While last minute return flights from London rocketed to over £3,000
Tickets for today's Ireland v England Six Nations clash were and are still being offered for sale at more than £6,000 a time.
The record high prices for the sell-out Dublin clash is likely becuase England can make history by beating New Zeland's consecutive win record as well as winning back-to-back Grand Slams.

But hundreds of tickets have appeared on the black market via ticket resale sites - at vastly inflated prices.
In one case a single ticket was last night being offered for £6,076 - nearly 70 times the official price.
Another was on sale for £3,418, and a third for £3,410.
A supporter who flagged up the extortionate resale prices said: "I am a massive Ireland fan, yet always struggle to get tickets.
"To see loads of tickets on sale for prices that no ordinary fan could ever afford is a real kick in the teeth."

The tickets are on Viagogo - a secondary ticket site - where the cheapest seats start at £545.Tickets were officially priced between €30 (£36) and €105 (£91).
For England fans, the story only gets worse. Some profiteering hotels were charging upwards of £1,000 for two nights’ accommodation as Red Rose supporters flocked to be at the Aviva Stadium party while last minute flights was well over another £100
The news has infuriated fans unable to secure tickets for the eagerly anticipated clash.
