Rugby Transfer Rumours: Lewington, Wade, Yarde, Zebo

Gloucester are among seven clubs who have been linked with South Africa lock Franco Mostert. The 26-year-old Springbok played under Cherry and Whites head coach Johan Ackermann at the Lions and has won 14 caps for the Springboks since making his international debut against Ireland last year.

Munster and Ireland winger Simon Zebo is reportedly considering a move to France with his current contract expiring at the end of the season.It has been suggested in that the flier has had his CV circulated around France, which has led to considerable interest from a host of Top 14 clubs, including Bordeaux-Begles and Racing 92.

London Irish will find it difficult to hold onto highly-rated winger Alex Lewington when his contract expires at the end of the 2017/18 season. The 26-year-old, who started his career at Leicester Tigers, is understood to be on Saracens shopping list ahead of the 2018/19 season.

Saracens are reportedly planning more talks with England back Alex Lozowski in a bid to keep him at Allianz Park when his contract expires in the summer. The news that he turned down Saracens initial offer has put a number of clubs on alert with Guardian reporting that Exeter Chiefs are closing in on the young fly-half in a deal believed to be worth £350,000 a year.

Harlequins winger Marland Yarde, who has featured under Eddie Jones, could be moving to France as well when his contract expires at the end of the season. The St Lucia-born speedster was linked to a big money deal in France four years ago before joining Harlequins, and maybe the deal could be set to be resurrected with Bordeaux-Begles keen.

Wasps flyer Christian Wade is also considering a move across the channel.

Harlequins are keen on Saracens starlet Nathan Earle. The winger is struggling to force his way in at Allianz Park and may make the switch to Twickenham Stoop for more regular game-time.
