World Rugby has called an emergency press conference because of Super Typhoon Hagibis, which threatens to bring 160mph winds and heavy rain to the World Cup in Japan across the weekend.
They are due to hold a press conference at noon local time on Thursday (4am BST).

Super Typhoon Hagibis is due to sweep through Tokyo this weekend, affecting the Pool C decider at International Stadium Yokohama on Saturday and also Scotland's pivotal group showdown against Japan 24 hours later.
They may be forced into taking the unprecedented step of cancelling the two games as the category five super typhoon heads for an area that includes Yokohama.
Both matches were among the most in-demand when tickets went on sale.
