South Africa head coach Rassie Erasmus has been filmed sarcastically instructing centre Andre Esterhuizen to practice tackling high in training this week.
It is in response to a controversial tackle made by England's Owen Farrell on Esterhuizen that went unpunished in the dying moments of the Springboks' one-point defeat at Twickenham.
