Wales Liam Williams and England's Manu Tuilagi showed what rugby is all about today in two incidents.

They first clashed with Tuilagi appearing to controversially grab Williams by the neck.

But soon after the two were having a bit of a laugh in the ruck after the England man landed a monstrous hit on the Wales fullback.
