URC: Leinster and Bulls teams confirmed for Grand Final - 11 Springboks head to Dublin

Both teams enter the showpiece finale with teams brimming with fire-power, from an assortment of Ireland internationals across the Leinster set-up to the blistering Springbok ensemble in the Bulls squad. Leinster enter the match in pursuit of a successful title defence, with the Bulls once again standing in their way of silverware, for a repeat of last season's final.

The Bulls are out to end their arduous record of defeats in their past three URC final appearances, with Johan Ackermann leading the Pretoria side back to the promise land upon his first season as head coach.

Leinster have been handed a double boost ahead of Friday night's United Rugby Championship Grand Final after captain Caelan Doris and hooker Dan Sheehan were both declared fit to face the Vodacom Bulls at Croke Park.

The Ireland internationals underwent further assessment following last weekend's semi-final victory over the Stormers, but both have recovered in time for the showpiece. Doris captains the side from number eight, while Sheehan is named among the replacements.

Head coach Leo Cullen has made three changes to the starting XV from the side that secured their place in the final. Jerry Cahir and Tadhg Furlong both come into the front row, while Tommy O'Brien starts on the wing.

Elsewhere, Hugo Keenan continues at full-back, with James Lowe occupying the opposite wing, while Rieko Ioane is set to make his final appearance for Leinster before his departure. The All Black partners Jamie Osborne in midfield, with Jamison Gibson-Park and Sam Prendergast once again combining in the halves.

The visitors arrive in Dublin desperate to end a run of three successive URC Grand Final defeats and have named an experienced side featuring 11 Springboks in the starting XV.

Johan Ackermann has resisted the temptation to make sweeping changes, instead backing proven international quality throughout his squad. Handre Pollard starts at fly-half to direct proceedings, with Willie le Roux providing experience from full-back and Kurt-Lee Arendse and Canan Moodie supplying attacking firepower out wide.

Up front, captain Marcell Coetzee leads a formidable loose trio alongside Elrigh Louw and Cameron Hanekom, while Gerhard Steenekamp, Johan Grobbelaar and Francois Klopper anchor the front row. The Bulls have also opted for a powerful bench featuring Marco van Staden and Wilco Louw as they look to maintain their physical edge throughout the 80 minutes.
