United States team to face Scotland - Autumn Nations Series

Head Coach Scott Lawrence said on the first week overseas, “It’s been good travels so far, we were able to align and get a training session in Washington DC before the flight, thanks to the support of Mount Saint Mary’s and Old Glory. So far the team has adapted well to the travel and have good clarity here in Edinburgh.”

Speaking to the marquee match against Scotland, Lawrence added, “This game is another opportunity to elevate our standard of play, work on playing faster and more physical as we build to where we want to be at test match level.”

The Men’s Eagles begin a big slate of fixtures on Saturday, with an opportunity to keep position and potentially move up on the World Rugby rankings, which will structure the Rugby World Cup 2027 draw this December. This is the first time that the USA Men have played a Test against Gregor Townsend's side upon Scottish soil, with the last time being during the 2007 Churchill Cup from England.
