The Brumbies have signed Murray Douglas for the 2019 and 2020 Super Rugby seasons.
A Scottish-born lock or flank, Douglas arrives at the Brumbies having played a major role in the Hurricanes run to the semifinals of the competition last year having made seven appearances and becoming a go-to player off the bench for the Wellington franchise.
“I am very grateful for the opportunity to join the Brumbies for the next two seasons, a club which has a rich history in Super Rugby and is renowned for producing some of Australia’s most talented rugby players,” Douglas said of his signing.
“I can’t wait to link up with the team at pre-season to start the hard work and look forward to settling into life in Canberra.”
