Hopefully, we will see him again during the SIx Nations as he's probably the most talented Welsh number 10 on his day. Less underwhelmed, more disappointed in this case.

It started alright against Tonga, but the 2021 Six Nations player of the tournament failed to make a significant impact in the other three tests.

Gregor Townsend even made the bold call to drop Watson to the bench against the Springboks. Overall, he was unusually quiet with a severe lack of his explosive ball carrying.

Probably a victim of his own high standard, the kamikaze kid seems to be more of a cautious kid these days. Slipping off more tackles that used to be dominant hits, he's not been able to shake off his poor club form.
