Statement: All Blacks file official complaint to World Rugby

The All Blacks have submitted a formal complaint to the governing bodies concerning the refereeing during the Rugby World Cup final.
Ian Foster's team expressed their dissatisfaction with certain officiating decisions that appeared to work against them in the tournament's headline match.
In Paris last Saturday, New Zealand endured a 12-11 loss to South Africa, missing out on their opportunity to secure a historic fourth championship title.
Instead, the Springboks claimed this distinction, thanks to Handre Pollard's successful conversion of four penalty kicks in their narrow victory over the weekend.
A significant portion of the game saw the All Blacks competing with only 14 players on the field due to Sam Cane's expulsion for a dangerous tackle on Jesse Kriel.
"We've already sent a file into World Rugby to get them to make a few comments on," Foster said. "Hopefully they do."
Asked to give specific examples of what they were unhappy with, the former New Zealand head coach responded: "Oh, I think you can guess."
