Scotland plan to snatch England U20 fly-half for summer tour

Gregor Townsend sees the teenage sensation as the long-term replacement for Finn Russell, and could call him up for their summer tour to South America

Smith is the grandson of former Scotland and Lions prop Tom Elliot making him also eligible to represent Scotland.

The Scotland head coach will name his squad for the upcoming Summer Tour tomorrow morning at 10:30am.
