The Six Nations is live on free-to-air channels BBC and ITV in the UK (a deal that runs until 2025). The 2024 Six Nations is shared between the two channels with matches being available on their digital platforms BBC iPlayer and ITVX.
They will share every match of the 2024 competition which begins on Friday 2nd February 2024. Welsh TV channel S4C will broadcast every Wales match live, with Irish TV channel RTE covering Ireland games.

While the exact release date for the Netflix documentary remains pending, it is expected to premiere in early 2024, approximately a year after the conclusion of the ongoing tournament. Much like other sporting productions on Netflix, such as "Drive to Survive" for Formula One and "Break Point" for tennis, the "Six Nations" series on Netflix will be accessible with a standard membership, and further promotional information for the series will be released as the 2024 release date approaches.
On Twitter, Netflix said: “Netflix will not only give you access to the biggest names in golf, tennis and racing - as well as the Invictus Games - but we are proud to announce three new docuseries as well. Get ready to go inside: The Tour de France, FIFA World Cup, Rugby’s Guinness Six Nations Championship.
“That’s right - rugby’s getting in on the act! We’ll follow all six teams through one of the most iconic and hard-fought competitions in the sport. Six Nations (working title) will feature the upcoming tournament and will launch in 2024.”
