We attempt to answer the question!
Here are the top 5 highest-capped England internationals who never scored a try:

5. MATT STEVENS - 44

Born in Durban, South Africa, to English parents, he can play in both prop positions, and most of his England appearances were at tighthead. It didn't matter where he played, the powerhouse never really looked like scoring.

4. TOM WOOD - 50

The most surprising name on the list. The Northampton Saints back-rowe also made two appearances for England Saxons, failing to score for them too.

3. JULIAN WHITE - 51

During his nine years in the England front-row the Leicester Tigers legendary tighthead was renowned for his destructive scrummaging and steely edge. Also appeared four times for the Lions in 2005…didn't score for them either

2. GRAHAM ROWNTREE -57

Was England forwards guru under Stuart Lancaster, but lost his job when Eddie Jones took over the Red Rose reins. Like White, Leicester front-rower Rowntree also went with the 2005 Lions winning three caps.

1. JOE MARLER - 66

A mobile, powerful loosehead prop, Marler has become a key member of the England front-row in the last few years. Despite never scoring for England, the 29-year-old did actually cross the whitewash in one of his two appearances for British & Irish Lions in 2017.
