Young Leicester Tigers back-rower George Martin could make his international debut against Wales being named among the replacements.
Originally included in the Shadow Squad, alongside Tigers team mate Joe Heyes, ahead of the tournament, the 19-year-old has been promoted to the top squad after two fixtures.
Asa result, he won't be available for Leicester Tigers Gallagher Premiership game against Wasps on Saturday at Welford Road.

1. Where it started
Born in Nottingham and with a family home in Loughborough, George Martin was a student at Loughborough Grammar and then Melton Brooksby College as he made his way through the Tigers academy.
2. Debut
The 19-year-old only made his Premiership debut for Leicester Tigers last August against Bath at Welford Road, starting at blindside flanker in a strikingly inexperienced side selected by Steve Borthwick.
3. Versatile
The versatile forward is capable of playing at lock and in the back row.
4. Inexperience
He has made only seven first-team appearances, with his debut in a Premiership Rugby Cup game away to Worcester Warriors in 2019.
