With the Farrell's clashing once again this weekend, RUCK.co.uk looks at fathers and sons who are continuing to make their mark in the game.

1. Andy & Owen Farrell

The two Farrell's will be on opposite sides in the Autumn Nations Cup at Twickenham on Saturday, with Ireland looking to gain revenge for their 24-12 defeat by the eventual Six Nations champions in February. Owen starts at fly-half for the men in white while Andy leads Ireland.

2. George & Mike Ford

Mike Ford, the coach brought in to save Leicester Tigers' season in March, looks set to stay at the club. The 53-year-old, the father of England fly-half George Ford, was brought in as a senior 'coaching consultant' to assist head coach Geordan Murphy as Leicester faced relegation two months ago.

3. Jim & Harry Mallinder

Harry plays for Northampton Saints in the Gallagher premiership while Jim currently works for Scottish Rugby. The former Northampton Saints boss effectively took over as director of (elite) rugby at the union under a new title, replacing Scott Johnson when he returned to Australia last year.

4. Tim Horan

Regarded as one of the world's best centres in the 1990s, Tim won the World Cup twice during his 80-Test career with the Wallabies. His son, Alex, played for the University of Queensland before joining the Sunwolves for their final Super Rugby campaign. The 22-year-old can play flyhalf, centre and fullback.Tim has been a commentator for Fox Sports Australia since September 2010.

5. Michael & Louis Lynagh

The idea of former Australia fly-half Michael Lynagh’s son playing for anyone other than the Wallabies may seem ludicrous given what he achieved with the green and gold in his playing days. But son Louis is progressing well in the England age-grade system having grown up in London. He’s stormed into the England U20s, whilst playing for Harlequins. Michael currently works as an analyst for Sky Sports.
