LIST | 4 players Harlequins could realistically sign this summer

So far Quins have only confirmed the arrival of South African duo Andre Esterhuizen and Wilco Louw for next season.

Meanwhile, Chris Robshaw, Kyle Sinckler (Bristol Bears) and Nick Auterac have already announced they're leaving Twickenham Stoop this summer.

Here are four reinforcements that would improve the Quins squad.

This summer he turns 37 and Ryan Mills, also an inside centre, has been recruited by Wasps from Worcester Warriors as his probable replacement. Quins have a number of exciting young playmakers, but Gopperth would bring on-field leadership, a wealth of experience, and accurate placekicking.

The prop has established himself as a fan favourite at Kingsholm, making over 100 appearances for the Cherry & whites since arriving in 2016. Able to operate on either side of the scrum, the versatile powerhouse would be the perfect replacement for departing Auterac.

The England flanker has reportedly “agreed a deal” to return to boyhood club Worcester, but if Quins could hijack the deal the 27-year-old would be the perfect replacement for Chris Robshaw. Kvesic headed to Gloucester having emerged through the academy at Sixways, before moving to Sandy Park.

The 33-year-old, who made his Leinster debut in 2006, is out of contract in the summer. Quins have only five locks on their books, but they're in need of a line-out general to help them improve their set piece. The 70-cap Ireland veteran would play that role brilliantly.
