Powerhouse prop Kyle Sinckler has returned to the England camp with a noticeably different physique to when he left.
The
powerhouse missed England’s summer tour of Australia, but is back in the fold ahead of the 2023 Rugby World Cup.
As well as putting himself through brutal beech workouts, Sinckler has also been regularly training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
The prop looks significantly leaner but still has the power required to be one of the best tighthead's in the world.
