These five retired rugby players put us 20- and 30-somethings to shame when it comes to fitness.
1. Jason Robinson (England) - 48
Even at 48 years old, Robinson, the England World Cup-winning hero, appears to be in a shape that could see him donning the jersey for Steve Borthwick's team.
The former winger recently posted a shirtless photo of himself in the gym, and it's evident that he maintains a remarkably fit physique.
2. Richie McCaw (New Zealand) - 42
Since his retirement after the 2015 World Cup win, McCaw has been passionately pursuing ultra-hardcore marathons, and the weight loss has given him a competitive edge.
The retired athlete, who previously weighed 110kg, is now around 90kg after shedding the extra pounds.
3. Jonathan Davies (Wales) - 58
Less Guinness and more hard work has seen the former Wales star transform himself during lockdown. He looks incredible!
4. Will Greenwood (England) - 48
The former England centre has shared a photo of his current physique and it’s impressive to say the least!
5. Phil Vickery (England) - 44
The World Cup-winning prop has transformed his body since hanging up his boots.
Vickery, who won the 2011 series of Celebrity Masterchef, has recently opened his new Cheltenham restaurant, No.3, after the Coronavirus pandemic delayed first orders. He's literally half the man he used to be.
