The London Irish star weighs-in at a reported 98kg, making this lift 1.43x his own body weight.
Arundell has recently returned from an ankle injury, which saw him side-lined from October 2022 to January 2023. The 20-year-old made his comeback in the Exile's West London derby victory over Harlequins, and looks in better shape than ever.
Arundell has clearly been spending his time off in the gym, with his boosted physicality a welcomed addition to an already electric ball carrier. The fullback looks to be in flying form, and after making his return to Irish, he was fast-tracked back into the England squad.

Arundell marked his debut under Steve Borthwick with his first Six Nations try. Coming off the bench against Italy, Arundell fought his way through to the touchline, and batted off the tackle attempts of the Italian defenders to score England's last try of the afternoon.
