The celebrations included sound healing and shamanic blessings, while Cipriani and McCord also honoured ancient Celtic traditions with a handfasting ceremony overseen by spiritual guide Patrick Connor. They exchanged personal, unrehearsed vows before celebrating with their guests.
The reception featured a Middle Eastern buffet, live music and carefully selected floral decorations.
Cipriani and McCord's relationship stretches back several years, having originally connected through celebrity dating app Raya before eventually rekindling their romance in 2024. They went public with their relationship that April.
Their wedding came after controversy surrounding a Honeyfund page set up to help fund elements of the celebrations. Reports claimed the registry sought contributions towards costs including catering, flowers, photography and venue preparations. McCord subsequently said she believed the page was intended for invited guests rather than the wider public.
The Los Angeles ceremony is reportedly only the beginning, with the newlyweds also planning further celebrations in London and Cambodia.
Cipriani won 16 caps for England during a career which included spells with Wasps, Sale Sharks, Gloucester and Bath.

Cipriani's previous marriage

The wedding comes after Cipriani's high-profile split from his first wife, Victoria Rose, whom he married in an intimate ceremony in April 2021.
The pair separated in November 2023 after just over two years of marriage, with Cipriani announcing that they were on “different journeys” and beginning a new chapter in their lives.
Their separation subsequently became more public, with Victoria filing for divorce in August 2024. She claimed she had discovered flirtatious messages to other women on Cipriani's phone during their marriage, allegations which the former England international later strongly disputed.
Cipriani denied being unfaithful and made allegations of his own about their relationship, claiming he had been “hoodwinked” by his former wife.
Months after the separation, Cipriani went public with his relationship with McCord in April 2024.
The pair had actually known each other before his marriage. They later reconnected following his split, with McCord reportedly reaching out after learning that Cipriani and Victoria had separated.
Cipriani has now married for a second time, with the former England fly-half beginning his latest chapter in Los Angeles.
