Scotland rugby star Finn Russell is preparing for one of the biggest moments of his life away from the pitch, with the fly-half set to marry a former Scottish athlete this summer.
The 33-year-old has been with his long-term partner for eight years, with the couple now preparing to tie the knot after becoming engaged last summer.

Russell’s bride-to-be is Emma Canning, a former heptathlete who represented Scotland during her own sporting career.
The couple have been together since 2017 and have two daughters, with Canning recently celebrating her hen do in Marbella as preparations for their big day gathered pace.
It promises to be a memorable summer for Russell, who recently added another title to his name after receiving an honorary doctorate from the University of Stirling.
