Fans find out Lawrence Dallaglio’s real name in new documentary, it's very Italian

Rugby Union fans feel they have been lied to after discovering Lawrence Dallaglio's real name.
The England and Wasps legend has gone by the English version of his name throughout his entire playing career and subsequent punditry roles.
The number 8 has two middle names, Bruno and Nero, hint at Dallaglio's Italian heritage.
Because Dallaglio's father, Vincenzo, is Italian, and his English-born mother, Eileen, was of Irish descent he was eligible to play for both Italy and Ireland, as well as England, and in the early 1990s he turned down an invitation to play for Ireland
And the 50-year-old actually has an Italian name, according to Wikipedia.
Few fans know the truth and those who do are stunned.
One supporter wrote: "So I've just found out Dallaglio's real name is Lorenzo. I'm very much contemplating how much else of my life is a lie."
Another added: "How have I just found out Joe Hart's real name is Lorenzo Dallaglio 😳."
And a third said: "Every so often I remember that Lawrence Dallaglio's real name is Lorenzo."
Another commented: "Still doesn’t feel right that Dallaglio's real name is Lorenzo."
Lawrence Dallaglio facts:
- Already a Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE), he was appointed Officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE) in the 2008 Birthday Honours
- Warren Gatland has said that Dallaglio was "The best captain that I’ve ever been involved with."
- He is one of a very small number of players to have won both the Rugby World Cup and Sevens World Cup
- Dallaglio married his long-time girlfriend, Alice, in 2005. They have two daughters, Ella and Josie, and a son, Enzo
- He has also received an Honorary Doctorate from Buckinghamshire New University for services to sport

Dallaglio is not the only player who goes by a different name, and some fans were also taken aback when they learned Leigh Halfpenny's first name is actually Stephen.
