The lads are locked in at the High Performance Centre in Dublin, sharpening up ahead of two tough Tests: Georgia (July 5) in Tbilisi and Portugal (July 12) in Lisbon.

Munster wing Diarmuid Kilgallen steps into training to cover for Calvin Nash, who’s sidelined with an ankle knock this week. Ulster’s James McNabney is out after an ACL injury in training — no link-up for him with the squad.

Munster’s Brian Gleeson replaces him, joining fellow Munster man Evan O’Connell (who’s also the head coach Paul O’Connell’s nephew) in camp.

The squad will push hard with sessions today and next week before flying out to Georgia on Wednesday, July 2.
