There was a late change to the officiating team for the England vs USA Test match in Washington DC, as Eoghan Cross (Ireland) was withdrawn ahead of kick-off.

Stepping in as England vs USA referee was Sam Grove-White (Scotland), who took over match duties at Audi Field. He was supported by assistant referees Morné Ferreira (South Africa) and Robin Kaluzniak (Canada), with Matteo Liperini (Italy) on TMO duties.
