Former England international Billy Twelvetrees sparked a mass brawl at Kingsholm as Sale Sharks edged past Gloucester at Kingsholm.
The centre bashed into a water carrier in his desperation to get the ball back in the dying minutes of the match, which sparked a 'royal rumble.'
Twelvetrees was yellow carded with Gloucester now left bottom of the Premiership after being stung by Josh Beaumont's late Sale try.
