England 2003 World Cup heroes son called up by Steve Borthwick

The 22-year-old replaces Northampton Saints youngster Archie McParland, who has withdrawn from Steve Borthwick’s squad through illness.

Bracken is a product of the Saracens academy and made his senior debut against Wasps in the Premiership Rugby Cup in March 2022.

He has represented England at under-18 and under-20 level, featuring in both the U20 Six Nations and World Rugby U20 Championship.

He is also the son of former England scrum-half Kyran Bracken, who won 51 caps and was part of Sir Clive Woodward’s 2003 Rugby World Cup-winning squad.

The camp forms part of England’s preparations for their upcoming Nations Championship fixtures against Australia, Japan and New Zealand.
