Telegraph 9/10: "Excellent accuracy off the tee this year and landed six penalties, before finishing Argentina’s slick move to score their first try. One cracking catch too over Nowell’s head. Class player."
14. Damien Penaud (France)
11. Mack Hansen (Ireland)
JOE 8/10: "Was lucky to escape injury after getting dumped on his head and neck by Kolbe and du Toit. Competed well in the air, chased hard and held his width well to be rewarded with his try."
CENTRES:
13. Garry Ringrose (Ireland)
JOE 8/10: "Lovely aerial take that helped Ireland win an early penalty. Put in a great shift, marshalling the Irish backline in defence and making some punchy carries."
12. Jordie Barrett (New Zealand)
Planet Rugby 8/10: "Excellent yet again. With the visitors playing a tighter game, his ballast was crucial for Ian Foster’s men getting over the gain line."
HALFBACKS:

Planet Rugby 9/10: "Utterly outstanding. Smith is no longer the best scrum-half in the world but, with more performances like that, he will soon be competing with Antoine Dupont for that mantle."

Telegraph 7/10: "Big tackle early set the tone and won an early scrum penalty, with a massive shove before half-time heaping pressure on Argentina and leading to three more points. Did his bit."
2. Codie Taylor (New Zealand)
Rugby Pass 8.5/10: "Perhaps his best game in black since the last Rugby World Cup."
3. Tyrel Lomax (New Zealand)
Rugby Pass 8/10: "An always willing carrier of the ball. Won a penalty for his side at the set-piece but, like many of his teammates, was also pinged at the breakdown. Off in 58th minute."

BACK-ROW:
6. Jamie Ritchie (Scotland)
Rugby Pass 7/10: "Four carries and 10 tackles for the skipper, who led from the front. Also showed clever footwork to beat the giant Fijians on a couple of occasions."
7. Josh Van der Flier (Ireland)
RTE 9/10: "Van der Flier was once again heroic, making 16 tackles in the face of some brutal physicality. The heartbeat of this Ireland team."
Planet Rugby 9/10: "Has become a world-class flanker and showed yet again why he is among the best in the game."
Rugby Pass 8.5/10: "Collected a player of the year award the other week and he showed why here, rising to the challenge in a rumbustious collision and he rounded off his display with that all-important first try."

Rugby Pass 9/10: "Carried strongly throughout and set up NZ’s fifth try of the afternoon with his trademark audacious dummy before scoring one of his own to cease any sort of Wales fightback."
