BATH RUGBY: Leigh Halfpenny

GLOUCESTER: Harry Williams
After reportedly missing out on Kyle Sinckler, the Cherry and Whites are determined to sign the England prop from Exeter Chiefs.
HARLEQUINS: Andre Estherhuizen
South African magazine Rapport are reporting that the powerful Springbok centre is on his way to the Stoop. Estherhuizen, who can also operate at fullback, will be best known to Quins supporters for being on the wrong end of Owen Farrell’s shoulder during a 2018 Autumn International at Twickenham.
LEICESTER TIGERS: Huw Jones
According to Netwerk24, Jones would now like to leave the Warriors after falling out with the coaches and wants a move to the Gallagher Premier Premiership in 2020/21. Although he has yet to put pen to paper, Jones was poised to sign a two-year deal with the Welford Road club last season and that offer is thought to be still on the table.
LONDON IRISH: Devin Toner
The Exiles are looking to recruit the towering Ireland international when his contract at Leinster expires at the end of the season. The 33-year-old isn't sure about the opportunity as he contemplates retirement.
NORTHAMPTON SAINTS: George Kruis
The 29-year-old lock is set to ease tensions on Saracens financial outlook and depart Allianz Park at the end of the current season. According to RugbyPass, Kruis is one of the big name players who give the club some breathing room in their cap management with a move to the Japan Top League on the cards. According to The Rugby Paper, Morgan’s name has been circulating around the Top 14. However, Worcester are also meant to be interested in the former back-rower.
