Time to take a quick look back at what the wonderful world of rugby has churned up this weekend during the opening round of 2021 Guinness Six Nations.

1. Royal approval

The Princess Royal, 70, who is patron of Scottish Rugby, shared a photo as she cheered the Scottish Rugby team who won the Calcutta Cup yesterday after beating England 6-11. In a snap shared on the Royal Family official Instagram account, the Queen's only daughter relaxed in a modern cosy lounge. We assumed she'd have a bigger TV!

2. Warburton's viral lunch

The Wales skipper borrowed his daughters lunchbox for the afternoon, much to the delight of supporters.
However, the curry he brought may have been a bit too hot for TV if this viral clip is to believed.

3. Insane

France scrum-half Antoine Dupont finished the match against Italy with four try assists, equalling the record for a single Six Nations match. Dupont also scored a try - and only two other players have been directly involved in five tries in a Six Nationsgame (Michalak v Italy 2006 & Austin Healey v Italy 2000). Special.

4. Owen Farrell's post-match interview

We wouldn't blame England fans for tuning out long before the England skipper emerged for his post-match interview. He looked like a deer in the headlights, and the reaction to it was BRUTAL from som England fans.

5. Georgia triumph AGAIN

After overcoming Russia, the Lelos retained the Rugby Europe Championship title after winning all five of their matches. This will once again ramp up pressure on Italy, who suffered a record-breaking 28th consecutive Six Nations defeat against France.
Former Wales captain also backed Georgia to get their chance in the Six Nations after another underwhelming performance from the Italians.
